Transmitting AIDS in S. Dakota to be registered sex offence?
A new Religious Right pushed bill in the hopper of the South Dakota legislature would make "willful transmission of AIDS" (already a felony of up to 15 years and $15,000) a sex crime. Sure it's probably an added unnecessary punishment, but how do you argue that an "AIDS Murder" is not worse than child molestation / rape?
