Autism, vaccines and the American Academy of Pediatrics
Officials at the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) watched a seven-minute trailer of ABC's "Eli Stone" and was so outraged it demanded that ABC cancel the episode. Ironically, the move is drawing more attention to the show. The show depicts a lawyer who argues in court that a mercury-based preservative in a flu vaccine made a child autistic.
